How it works

  • Capture and store solids above ground. Drier, lighter solids are ready for timely field application.
  • Concentrate dissolved nutrients into a fraction of today’s liquid volume.
  • Recycle remaining liquids to animal drinking-water standards for reuse in the barn.
  • Repurpose the lagoon to store rainwater, field tile drainage, and other water sources as available.

Introducing the ATD 2 Step System™

Manure Treatment That Works

Our 2 Step System™ transforms the way you manage livestock manure. It separates nutrition from hydration, so you get more nutrients per tonne in lighter solids, and recycled water for the barn all year long.

Step 1: Capture Suspended Solids at the Barn

We collect virtually all suspended solids daily and store them above ground in a compact, dry form. The remaining solids-free effluent goes to the lagoon.
